In compliance with art. 7, paragraph 5 of Presidential Decree 275/1999, the network Eur.adi.po.net, five years after its inception, seeks to promote membership of any other schools in the province of Rovigo.
this purpose has been prepared an application form which is attached together with the agreement establishing the June 2005.
The progressive involvement in projects and initiatives within the European dimension of education gave the network a value added that can be further increased through the addition of new members that can be formalized within a few months, namely from October to December 2010.
The necessary resolutions of the Teachers Institute and the Council will take place between September and December of the current school year.
Obviously, the membership application constitutes acceptance of the constitution.

 Regulation of school on several occasions that call for the establishment of centers of design and development and educational services, to create multi-purpose media for the professional and educational innovation;
 to promote the development a "network culture" can correspond to the needs of organic and rational and effective commitment of resources, in order to promote the European dimension of education and integration, by stimulating the exchange and discussion with our European partners and outside Europe.
With effect from 1 June 2005 is set to:

Polesana network of educational institutions with a European dimension "Eur.adi.po.net" in order to serve as a center of information, documentation and planning workshop European Union. This initiative stems from the positive experience gained during the period 2002-2004 as a result of the project financed by the Veneto Region - Department of Public Education and Identity Veneta called "European Network of the Venetian school." The Network
Polesana educational institutions with a European dimension "Eur.adi.po.net" also interprets the need to coordinate in the province of Rovigo Province and initiatives to provide advice and planning of policies and programs in the field of education and increasing the commitment to give educational institutions the added value of network size, thus allowing access to European funds also intended to implement joint projects.
Of all the institutions that share this statute, it is agreed as follows:

Article 1 - LOCATION OF CENTRO DELLA RETE
Viene istituita la rete per l’integrazione educativa Europea denominata “Rete Polesana delle istituzioni educative a dimensione europea” - il cui acronimo sarà “Eur.adi.po.net” - con lo scopo di favorire il decentramento e il coordinamento dei servizi, ponendosi a supporto dell’autonomia scolastica nel campo delle attività europee e dello sviluppo della dimensione europea della cultura e dell’educazione.

Art. 2 – STRUTTURA ORGANIZZATIVA
a) L’ Ufficio centrale della Rete Polesana delle istituzioni educative a dimensione europea “Eur.adi.po.net” è situato presso il Liceo Classico “C. Bocchi” via Dante, 4 45011 Adria (Rovigo) tel. 0426/21107. La segreteria amministrativa del suddetto Liceo fungerà anche da supporto amministrativo della Rete.

b) Alla data del 6 marzo 2009 le Istituzioni Educative che aderiscono alla rete sono:

Art. 3 – RISORSE UMANE

4 - EXECUTIVE MANAGER AND NETWORK COORDINATORS
1. The Institutional Head will be the manager of the school at the seat of the 'central office of the Network Polesana schools to the European dimension "eur.adi.po.net" o un responsabile esterno designato da almeno il 50 % più uno dei dirigenti delle scuole aderenti alla rete.
2. Nella fase di avvio della Rete vengono individuati nel Dirigente Scolastico dott. Antonio Lodo il responsabile della rete e nella figura dei docenti Ivo Zambello dell’Istituto “C. Bocchi” di Adria, Stefano Vallin dell’Istituto “L. Einaudi” di Badia Polesine e Luigi Francesco Cuoghi dell Istituto Comprensivo di Fiesso Umbertino i coordinatori delle iniziative di cui all’art. 3.2
Ogni tre anni, a partire dall’anno scolastico 2009/2010, verrà effettuata una verifica della funzionalità della rete e di seguito si procederà alla elezione del Dirigente Reponsabile e alla designazione Coordinators network.

6 - DELEGATION

7 - TERMINATION FOR ABSENCES

The justification must be submitted in advance on the time of commencement of the session either by means of written (letter, fax, telegram, e-mail) and oral (telephone) and should be addressed to the responsible manager or one of the coordinators network .

8 - DUTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE MANAGER

9 - FREELANCERS

Article 10 HOURS AND COMMITMENTS OF STAFF
1. The staff of the Network Polesana schools to the European dimension "Eur.adi.po.net" will provide a fee in excess of the total hours of weekly Professors, for activities under Article 3.2, with the ability to move around the area poles.

ART. 1 - Factory Teiamania Cultural Association in collaboration with Project Artaud Film, independent film production, and Project Artaud Film Academy, announces the first edition of the National Literary Competition "Poets and Storytellers Multimedia", devoted to emerging writers and poets, the first and innovative opportunity for emerging artists to gain global visibility attraverso i mezzi di comunicazione audiovisivi, radiofonici, cinematografici, televisivi e web.

Vogliamo ricordare quelle che ci sono sembrate le principali argomentazioni espresse:

In conclusione la Corte ha dichiarato l’illegittimità costituzionale sia dell’art. 34, comma 11, della legge 27 dicembre 2002, n. 289 (Disposizioni per la formazione del bilancio annuale e pluriennale dello Stato– legge finanziaria 2003) sia dell’art. 3, comma 60, della legge 24 dicembre 2003, n. 350 (Disposizioni per la formazione del bilancio annuale e pluriennale dello Stato – legge finanziaria 2004), limitatamente alla parte in cui dispongono (entrambe) che le assunzioni a tempo indeterminato «devono, comunque, essere contenute (…) entro percentuali non superiori al 50 per cento delle cessazioni dal servizio verificatesi nel corso dell’anno 2002 (e 2003).
